  • It tells us you are ready to graduate! Completing the "File Diploma Request" process on MySlice activates the procedure for certification and awarding of a degree.
  • It puts you on our mailing list.  Students who file their Diploma Request on MySlice prior to February 19, 2010, will receive the first Commencement information mailing in early March. Subsequent mailings will include students who file after mid-February.
  • It puts you on the ‘approved’ list to receive a cap and gown from the University Bookstore and it enables seniors to obtain a Senior Celebration ticket.
