Degree candidates only enter at Gate D.
Buses begin transporting passengers from South Campus and Manley Field House to campus. Map indicates bus stops. |

| Driving time to campus may be longer than usual due to large attendance and heavy traffic. Guests should plan to leave in ample time to be seated before 9:30 a.m. Allow additional driving time during inclement weather. | |
| 8:15- 11:30 a.m. |
Food concessions open, Carrier Dome. Available for sale: coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water, orange juice, soda, donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and candy. |
| 9 a.m. | Degree candidates must be in place. Use Gate D and assemble in the north stands for the procession: bachelor’s degree by college; master’s degree as a group; doctoral degree as a group. (See Degree Candidates Assembly Area on the Commencement Seating Plan). |
Do not bring large bags (i.e., backpacks, duffel bags, large shopping bags) into the Carrier Dome.
No one will be allowed to join the line once the procession has started.

Student Procession Guests wishing to see the student procession should be in their seats by this time. Parents and friends may take photographs from their seats but are not permitted on the floor. Opera glasses and binoculars are recommended. |
