Area Lodging

A wide variety of lodging is offered in the Syracuse area.  For more information on lodging, please visit Syracuse Area Lodging or the Syracuse Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Central New York hotels generally require a two day reservation during Commencement weekend. It is important to book early since area hotels often sell out.

Campus Housing (Guest)

A maximum of 500 beds are available in Main Campus residence halls as follows:

• Weekend package only for Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 10
• Single or double accommodations
• Bed linens/pillows/blanket/towels included at foot of bed
• $70 per person for weekend package

Reservations can be made beginning Monday, March 17, and must include:

• Each guest’s name
• Roommate pairing (if applicable)
• Full payment by personal check (payable to Syracuse University), money order, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa)
• Phone number and address

• Single night accommodations are not available.
• Residence halls are in the process of student evacuation. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconveniences.
• Refunds will be granted if requested by May 1, 2008.
