Parking: Saturday, May 10
Free parking for Convocations on campus is provided in the parking lots and garages shown on the Parking map.
Carrier Dome Convocations:
Use lots and garage west of the Carrier Dome.
Schine Student Center Convocations:
Use University Avenue Garage (accessed by East Adams or Harrison Street).
Manley Field House Convocations:
Use lots adjacent to the building.
Commencement Eve Dinner:
Use lots and garage west of the Carrier Dome.
NOTE: There will be NO shuttle bus service from Manley Field House to Main Campus on Saturday.
Buses and Parking: Sunday, May 11
Free parking on campus is provided in parking lots and garages shown on the map. Guests are encouraged to park at the following:
- Parking lots west of the Carrier Dome
- University Avenue Garage, accessed by East Adams or Harrison streets (Hours: 7 a.m.- 6 p.m.)
- Manley Field House, with shuttle bus service to the Carrier Dome
Guests may park at Manley Field House, where free shuttle buses will take them to and from Commencement. Free shuttle bus service is also available from South Campus.
Specific information on bus times for all campus and surrounding areas can be found at http://parking.syr.edu.
Special buses (marked Call-A-Bus, equipped to handle wheelchairs) for those with mobility limitations or disabilities, are located on the Comstock Street side of Manley Field House. These buses shuttle between Manley Field House and the Carrier Dome Gate A. Attendants will be on hand to assist passengers on and off the bus. Family members may accompany guests on the bus. Call-A-Bus is the best option for those with mobility limitations since the bus drops off and picks up at Gate A, an accessible Dome entrance.
Parking is available in the University Avenue Garage, north of the Carrier Dome. It is advised that those attending the SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET at the Schine Student Center park in the garage prior to the Commencement ceremony.
